These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the ALTYR website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen.

3. PRICES

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

ALTYR reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times vary according to the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information only.

6. RETURNS

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days after receiving their order.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. WARRANTY

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at hello@altyr.eu.

8. LIABILITY

ALTYR shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or from delivery delays beyond its control.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
